As an independent provider we have the expertise and acute focus on quality needed to provide thought-leadership in this area. ROQ provide support related to Software QA and Testing. This is done via the clients most appropriate channel, i.e. by phone, email, in person, web chat, or other collaboration platforms. Each of our clients is also assigned a managing consultant, accountable for ensuring that ROQ is meeting any agreed key SLAs and to build a strong partnership to anticipate any fluctuations in demand. Typically they will hold regular meetings (usually face to face) as regular check points, to discuss engagement performance and handle any commercial elements of the engagement.

All ROQ’s services can be delivered remotely from employees' home addresses. This is a huge reduction in travel and the associated carbon release.

Also, when ROQ employees do travel to a company-wide event (normally once or twice a year) ROQ donate to a tree-planting organisation that plant trees that would absorb the equivalent amount of carbon used to travel to the event.

Furthermore, all ROQ’s service assets and reporting are stored digitally, with no printing or paper waste incurred.

ROQ’s recruitment programmes create employment opportunities for all. Our new Academy programme will take on Graduates, Apprentices, individuals that have left the armed forces and anyone who is looking to change careers and enter the software testing / technology sector.

The Academy consultants undergo a 14-week training programme before being deployed to client projects and receive ISTQB qualification as a minimum, with the opportunity to gain further skills and qualifications throughout their career with ROQ. This is helping to fill the UK tech skills gap with homegrown talent that will go on to support the high growth IT sector.

Additionally, ROQ work with UK universities to provide lectures, events and sector-specific content to illustrate to students the opportunities within the tech sector and specifically within the software testing and quality engineering space.
