We provide training in Oracle cloud ERP and Azure.

Fusion Practices puts the needs of users first. This approach enables the education of users to evolve as an integral part of an implementation. The applications and procedures taught in our training programs mirror what users encounter in their day-to-day working lives thus providing a cost-effective and compelling solution for user training.
Fusion practices conduct workshops across teams. Two levels of training will be provided as below:
• Super User Training (Administrators)
• End User Training
Our preference is to perform super user training onsite whereas the end-user self-service training can be done using live virtual classes.

Further, we have programmed our training into the following stages to prioritize the scope of the client:
• Functional overview training (first-cut training)
• Hands-on user training
• Walk through – key user training (train the trainer approach)

Training is conducted by Fusion practices in two modes as follows:
1. Self-Paced - We can give these Self-Paced subscriptions of the “Unlimited Self-Paced Training Package” to the users on a yearly basis.

Priority 2 (P2) - High: An Incident that is business-critical that affects a single department and either:
A production system’s processing/ effectiveness/ performance (is significantly degraded where the cause of the degradation is the fault of the Supplier and not as a result of third parties or unplanned actions of Users including, but not limited to, running unscheduled reports, the input of incorrect data).

Priority 3 (P3) - Medium: A fault that is business/mission-critical and affects a single User.
