How the planning service works
We have histories of implementation plans to build-upon. These have been for business transformation as meeting new challenges, alternatively the migration 'as-is' of existing management systems or schemes to new software.

Separate or integrated planning and the visualisation/monitoring of any complex transformation can be provided.

We support the planning and monitoring of the convergence of organisation wide projects and activities, towards a business transformation goal. How the setup or migration service works
For migration to the cloud: if not with one of our known providers, we establish shared goals and a working relationship with the incoming supplier - lead by the customer/adopter. This recognises new cloud features and ways of working may not map exactly to current practices. Additonally, it minimises the impact of possible supplier over-promising made to win your business.

For migration between cloud suppliers: we establish a pragmatic working relationship with the departing supplier. This places us as the trusted go-between a possibly reluctant departing provider, and the fresh arriving provider.

Our scope includes planning, ways of working and technical feature mapping, people communication, policy and process content, transformation, and commercial matters.

We develop and support the under-pinning processes and activities to migrate either a compliance system or regulatory content, with its target data to the platform. We can do this using T Maps as the monitor, which allows for transitional or transformational mapping to give oversight of ownership and progress.

In helping you to maintain delivery of critical project, our duty of care and code of conduct is always towards you as the customer.

How the quality assurance and performance testing works
Implementation plans must include assurance and comparability checks for reasons of compliance. Most often as methodical early adoption testing comparing the existing Business as Usual state with the newly adopted or target state. We can provide assistance in how that assurance is designed (automated or manual), planned for, and monitored as part of a assurance scheme and possible third party audit.

How the support service works
Customer or project support is mostly in-conjunction with the software provider, working with their internal resources to deliver customer outcomes and deliverables.

This creates an end-to-end approach: from discovering 'what is' , preparing documents or data, loading those into the target platform to be usable by the customer.

In certain higher protection circumstances we would work as a 'closed shop' with a customer hosted platform to maintain security.

Our main constraint is we don't support the technical provision of a cloud service. This can only be through the software provider themselves for practical reasons. For example, we can load data though wouldn't necessarily design and implement databases, or forms used to do so.

There are no other constraints on what we could undertake on behalf of a client in the delivery of a project.
