CompanyNet’s implementation methodology starts with planning. Incorporating a discovery activity, planning allows us to engage with your key stakeholders and shape the implementation. Tailoring it to fit your engagement, planning will incorporate some or all of the following:

CompanyNet are familiar with the Social Value Model and we completely understand the importance of it in today’s procurement landscape. 75% of our business is with public sector organisations who have been incorporating social value elements into their tenders for many years. With recent contracts we have seen more tenders where the social value questions carry a far higher score and are critically evaluated, and we very much support this progress.

As a consequence, in recent months, we have been challenged to demonstrate more impactful commitments to social value criteria, some examples of which have been set out below.

For any and all contracts awarded to us under GCloud 13, when asked, we will address the Covid recovery theme, principally through our new ways of working / remote working services. We are specialists with technologies that support new ways of working and indeed through the Covid lockdowns, we were incredibly busy, responding to emergency requests from organisations who needed to quickly mobilise remote working capabilities and empowering staff to work confidently from home, using Microsoft Teams for example.
