Vulnerability management approach
- Yearly Vulnerability Tests
- Patches can be deployed between 12 hours and 7 days, depending on severity
- Potential threats are continuously monitored by Security Officer and employees, and logged in an open communication channel.
Protective monitoring type
Supplier-defined controls
Protective monitoring approach
Our protective monitoring process involves identifying potential compromises and responding to them. When an undesirable event with an impact on information security is identified by an employee or external party, it is reported to the management who evaluate. We try to find out the root cause and take corrective and preventive action. The handling is recorded in the incident overview and, where necessary, the persons concerned are informed and instructed. In terms of response time, different scenarios have different RTOs. E.g. if an employee sends personal data of a customer to another customer without permission, the RTO is 24 hours.
Incident management type
Supplier-defined controls
Incident management approach
We have predefined processes for common events where incidents are evaluated, classified, and responded to per documented procedures. Incidents are reported by employees through the appropriate management channels as quickly as possible. Incident reports are documented in the incident register and data breach overview, and the handling of each incident is recorded for review and learning purposes.
