End-of-contract data extraction
We offer a personal health record which is free of charge for our users. They retain their data for as long as they have the app installed or have access to their account on our website. Users can request to have all data relating to them deleted at any time via our support team and inline with GDPR.
End-of-contract process
The end of a contract would simply involve the withdrawal of our service or the removal of access to data.

Our API is the back end of our mobile app. Partners are able to use our API's with the appropriate level of authentication. Users themselves of the App will not have a need to make changes to or set up a service via the API.

Availability and resilience

Users would not be offered a refund for an outage, which would be incredibly unlikely; as they are not paying for the service (FOC)
Approach to resilience
We operate a shared security model between our cloud provider (Amazon Web Services) and Evergreen Life. We are increasingly moving to a PaaS and SaaS model, so that the cloud provider takes responsibility for infrastructure SLA's, patching and maintenance. We use availability zones within the cloud to ensure a service can survive a hardware failure. This will offer our users the highest possible level of service availability.

Evergreen Life have a robust vulnerability management process. Patches are deployed as recommended by vendors in line with Cyber Security Checklists and in line with the ISO 27001/2013 requirements. We subscribe to various alert channels, which include CareCert to ensure that we are identifying potential vulnerabilities at the earliest possible opportunity.

Evergreen Life is committed to improving its environmental performance by evaluating the impact of the organisations current environmental footprint. Evergreen Life minimises the production of waste within its offices by recycling paper, plastic, cans, and household batteries through multiple bins. Evergreen Life promotes sustainability and where possible reduces energy consumption.
The Evergreen Life offices are paper-free offices and encourage staff to recycle and reuse where possible. To reduce our energy consumption, our office lights are on timers, and devices are switched off when not in use. Evergreen life encourages staff to reuse plastic bottles by installing cool water taps and is part of the cycle2work scheme. We will continue to support sustainability through increasing recycling and reducing energy consumption by implementing energy-saving methods i.e., water siphons and energy-saving lightbulbs.
Evergreen Life is a certified B Corp. The process requires all organisations to start with the B Impact Assessment. The evaluation tool is an internationally recognised standard that scrutinises a whole host of different areas of the business, including:

All B Corps must meet a minimum performance benchmark and maintain this too. We have to make sure we hold ourselves accountable and continually make improvements.

The Evergreen Life App has supported people and communities to manage and recover from the impacts of Covid-19, through our App content, aiming to keep people stay healthy physically and mentally. Our App provided useful information on staying connected, healthy eating habits, and exercise during and after self-isolation. Our App allows people access to their medical records and tracks their overall health and wellbeing providing helpful insights along the way. The Evergreen Life covid heatmap allowed people to track their symptoms providing a national picture of the outbreak and any change in covid symptoms.
Through the Evergreen Life App, we provide health and well-being content to support the physical and mental health of people. Our App provides content such as lifestyle factors associated with covid-19 and ways in which people can improve their happiness, health, and overall well-being by tracking their wellness scores. The Evergreen Life App encourages users to complete surveys and questionnaires providing them with useful insights to help individuals take more control over their own health and wellbeing.
As an Organisation, Evergreen Life support the recovery of Covid-19 by allowing staff to work remotely. In addition to allowing staff to work from home, the Evergreen Life offices are covid secure, in that we ensure social distancing is observed and the work environment is cleaned regularly. Our offices are equipped with hand sanitising stations and anti-bacterial wipes.
