One of the key blockers to Data Governance success is a lack of Business User adoption. Agile Solutions can provide a full user adoption plan which includes user training in Data management fundamentals to foster better culture and collaboration with data, including Data Governance tools, including Data Stewardship workflow management, coupled with gamification approaches to drive user adoption. This normally applies to Data Stewards and other users of the Data Governance and/or MDM platform. We can also adopt a train the trainer approach to enable you to nominate Data Governance champions within your organisation that will be responsible for training their team/department in the solution and driving its adoption. Finally, our Agile Training Academy can provide technical training courses for your IT teams in the underlying Data Governance / MDM software, its support and usage."

The following environmental management measures and projects have been completed or implemented since the 2018 baseline. The carbon emission reduction achieved by some of these schemes equate to 145,433 tCO2e, an 81% reduction against the 2018 baseline and the measures will be in effect moving forwards: • Move to virtual meeting via MS Teams • LED lighting where possible • Energy reduction program – switch off policy, ‘what runs, runs when needed only’ • Energy audits undertaken in 2019 and 2021 • Following the audit, we have procured certified 100% renewable electricity contracts for all our premises • Where work circumstances allow, employees given options for flexible working model to reduce office accommodation requirements • We have run a communications campaign to educate and drive awareness around events such as World Environment Day • Decommission on premise provisions, when possible, to reduce emissions and incorporate a cloud first procurement strategy • Gain understanding of future impacts from commuting and working from home via a rolling employee survey and use this as an opportunity to decrease emissions via employee engagement
