Getting started
After the cloud service is enabled Bentley will engage with the users (stakeholders, representatives from various departments) to define configuration details. Once the system is finally configured, Bentley will perform on-site or remote training sessions for each group/role. There are options to share video, training material, and prepare custom training material. The implementation team will provide remote early life support in the first two weeks following the go-live.

Bentley AssetWise ALIM has APIs to customise the user interface, add event handlers and business logic. Bentley services can be used to build server-side customisations for the cloud environment using this API.  Bentleys RESTful API allows users to connect to the system to create their own customisations.
