How the web chat support is accessible
Users are able to allocate their query to either support or sales dept. this then alerts the appropriate dept. Messages can also be sent when business is 'offline' (outside working hours) these will then be saved and dealt with when office hours resume. End-of-contract data extraction
At the end of the contract data is completely removed from our systems. There is no functionality to export this to other providers, but there may be s3 compatible software that can download/migrate/extract from one to another.
End-of-contract process
Data is held for the remaining period of the contract, up until the renewal date. Should the contract not be renewed, all data is removed from our systems.

All data is military grade 256bit AES encrypted within our network so is not visible to staff. Access to servers is protected with secure VPN's and remote access.

Service availability is guaranteed at 99.97%. If the service is unavailable beyond this, 10% of the monthly fee is credited. For restoring Data, if the user is unable to begin restore within 3 hours, 25% of the fee is credited. If the user is unable to begin restore within 6 hours, 50% of the fee is credited. If the user is unable to begin restore within 12 hours, 100% of the fee is credited.
