In the cloud model, the system will be located in a data centre and the maintenance of the software is the responsibility of TierOne as part of the service.
The support purchased will determine maintenance- no downtime vs downtime. If planned maintenance is required, TierOne will work with the customer to determine a sufficient window for down time to deploy.
If required, there is an optional Managed Services as part of the maintenance arrangement. TierOne will proactively manage the on-going health of the Commercial Portal solution releases within the customer's environment, post-production launch into the customer's internal environment. - System requirements

- TierOne's Commercial Portal authoring and model works within the approval workflow for language translations and the Ontario Accessibility Act. The Commercial Portal also follows (AODA) & (WCAG) standards. In addition, TierOne is fully aware of the AODA guidelines and have developed interfaces to meet these new stringent standards.
