Costs vary with maintenance support starting at £200+VAT p.c.m and include core system updates, theme and plugin updates, phone support (within normal office hours), email support, regular back-ups and emergency contact points.

Data-dumps can be provided on request should the client need it throughout the contract duration.
End-of-contract process
Following completion of a contract, clients can request a dump of their data. Following closure of the account we format all database and media information from the install. A separate backup of content beyond the term of the contract can be requested and priced as required.

Our systems benefit from ongoing core security updates made available by WordPress with previous revisions accessible direct from WordPress. We also maintain versions of the bespoke theme with a cloud-based tool that is used for releases of code to the live environment and file revisions, for additional security.

We're committed to operating as a carbon-neutral supplier (through our own calculations) and aim to be certified through the environmental consultancy, Ecologi in 2022. We offset unavoidable carbon through Ecologi's carbon offsetting scheme and we plant trees every month too.
