Morta offers in-app chat functionality through a web browser. Morta plans on performing thorough tests with assistive technology users however, as an alternative, Morta offers support via e-mail where needed. The only limitations should relate to chat.

Support levels
All support typically takes place during business hours (9:00AM till 6:00PM). Should there be urgent requirements outside of business hours, Morta will handle that on a case-by-case basis. Support is typically limited to online meetings or e-mail based support.

Subscription members have a dedicated account manager who will aim to respond to all requests within 24 hours and to urgent requests in 2 hours depending on the priority level of the request.

Getting started
Morta provides user documentation and online training for all users. Advanced subscription members additionally benefit from dedicated training and onboarding sessions as included in the Advanced Subscription costs. Further support can be purchased as indicated in the pricing document.

End-of-contract data extraction
Users can export all data to CSV, DOCX, PDF, JSON or via API. Additionally, users can take back ups to their data warehouse and private clouds. This functionality is made available to all users.
End-of-contract process
At the end of the contract, users can maintain view only rights to their data at no additional cost for 5 years. Upon request, Morta can delete a user's account within 24-hours of the request being made.

Morta has a strict permissioning system that allows for each organisation to control it’s workspaces, including read and write access to its data. Individual user accounts (projects administrators) are responsible for implementing opt-in permissions on their project. Permissioning can be done on a user-by-user basis, project basis or tag-based permissions. Morta allows SSO login via Google or Microsoft (Azure). Organisations can enforce user login via an SSO method to ensure Morta meets all the organisation's internal requirements. Users can also turn on multi factor authentication and project administrators can enforce access to their projects only for users with MFA enabled.

The technology team extensively uses Git to track and make changes to the codebase. Changes to the codebase go through a number of processes including a local development environment and staging environment. Code is only committed upon automated and manual testing.
