All support typically takes place during business hours (9:00AM till 6:00PM). Should there be urgent requirements outside of business hours, Morta will handle that on a case-by-case basis. Support is typically limited to online meetings or e-mail based support.

- Morta has a strict permissioning system that allows for each organisation to control it’s workspaces, including read and write access to its data. Individual user accounts (projects administrators) are responsible for implementing opt-in permissions on their project. Permissioning can be done on a user-by-user basis, project basis or tag-based permissions. Morta allows SSO login via Google or Microsoft (Azure). Organisations can enforce user login via an SSO method to ensure Morta meets all the organisation's internal requirements. Users can also turn on multi factor authentication and project administrators can enforce access to their projects only for users with MFA enabled.
