The computer vision features depend on camera-enabled devices. The service undergoes periodic scheduled maintenance, communicated in advance. Optional hardware (smart glasses) is supported but not required. SEVA is currently supported exclusively on Android devices.

SEVA provides a guided, end-to-end onboarding process to help users start using the service smoothly and confidently. The SEVA team works directly with users to complete setup, including installation, account provisioning, and enabling required permissions such as camera and microphone access.
Users are supported through sign-in using QR-based login or managed credentials. A live walkthrough introduces the main dashboard and explains each feature step by step. This includes training on voice commands and common actions such as capturing images, listening to responses, repeating instructions, scanning again, and safely exiting features.
Online training sessions are included as part of onboarding, allowing users to receive guided instruction remotely at a convenient time. User documentation is also provided, offering clear, step-by-step guidance for ongoing reference.
Onboarding sessions are interactive, allowing users to ask questions and practice using SEVA with real examples. Training is tailored to individual needs to ensure users can use the service independently.

SEVA stores only the minimum data required to operate the service. This includes device login and authentication records, trained face data, and basic contact information provided by the user.
Trained face data is stored in encrypted form. Access to stored data is restricted to authorised systems and personnel only. At contract end, users (or the buyer’s administrator) can request an export of their account and service data via the support channel. Exports are provided in common machine-readable formats such as CSV or JSON where applicable. Exports are delivered securely using authenticated, time-limited download links or secure file transfer. Data is retainedin line with SEVA’s retention policies, and deletion can be performed on request after export and confirmation. Data is not automatically deleted at contract end unless explicitly requested. - End-of-contract process

SEVA service access ends automatically on the agreed contract termination date unless a renewal or extension is formally agreed. From this date, access to the SEVA software, dashboard, APIs, and support services will cease. No new data is collected or processed after contract end. All existing customer data remains protected using appropriate technical and organisational security measures, including encryption. Data is not deleted automatically. Users or the buyer’s nominated administrator may request data deletion after confirming any required exports. Deletion is handled in line with UK GDPR and SEVA’s retention policies.
The SEVA contract price includes a one-year licence, software updates and enhancements, API access, third-party call costs, and L2/L3 technical support. Hardware supplied includes a one-year manufacturer warranty, excluding misuse, negligence, or accidental damage.

- We protect data in transit using HTTPS with TLS 1.2+ (TLS 1.3 where available) between the user device/browser and our cloud services (including Firebase/Firestore and AI endpoints). Availability and resilience

- We guarantee 99.5% monthly availability for the SEVA cloud service (excluding planned maintenance). If availability drops below this level, eligible customers receive service credits/refunds on a pro-rata basis for the affected period, as defined in the SLA. Planned maintenance is notified in advance and excluded from downtime.
