Getting started
Exponential-e perform technical scoping with the customer during a series of workshops to define the scope of the service and the metrics. We can in addition perform installation of the CyberVault service and set up replication schedules to protect your Isilon or ECS storage arrays of unstructured data.

Optional training can be provided at the Exponential-e offices or onsite, and supporting documentation is provided on commission of the service

Approach to resilience
Our service incorporates a dedicated storage array as the isolated copy of your unstructured data, hosted in secure, tertiary zone. The full Ransomware Defender Software stack, to detect changes to normal data access patterns. Smart AirGap technology to provide one-way, protected replication of your unstructured data. Specialist monitoring of syslogs and alerts by our cyber security professional team, and day to day management of the software, hardware, and network. The backbone of CyberVault is a dedicated per customer Isilon, deployed in a resilient fashion with redundancy at the disk, shelf and controller levels.
