Support response times
-
Bulien will triage Microsoft support at zero cost.
Customers requiring defined support levels must use a paid plan such as Professional Direct or Microsoft Unified Support. Under these plans, Microsoft provides severity based response targets.
Critical Severity A issues typically receive an initial response within one hour, while lower severity issues receive responses within business hours or the next business day. Unified Support offers the most comprehensive SLAs, including 24×7 coverage, faster escalation, and dedicated service management for enterprise environments.

Web chat accessibility testing
-
Microsoft uses an internal inclusive design framework that includes testing with users who have disabilities.
The web chat and support interfaces inherit accessibility capabilities from Microsoft’s web components, which are designed to be compatible with screen readers, keyboard only navigation, high-contrast modes, and other assistive technologies.

Support levels
-
Microsoft provides several structured support levels for Power Platform, each offering different response times, channels, and escalation options. Standard Support, included with all Microsoft 365 and Power Platform subscriptions, provides access to online ticketing, documentation and community forums but does not include guaranteed response times or phone support. For organisations needing faster assistance, Professional Direct Support offers targeted response times, access to support engineers, advisory hours and 24×7 support for critical issues. Pricing is subscription based per user and published by Microsoft, typically starting at a few pounds per user per month, depending on region.
At the enterprise level, Microsoft Unified Support (formerly Premier) provides the highest level of service, including dedicated resources, proactive services, architectural guidance, on site or remote workshops and 24×7 incident response. Unified Support pricing is customised and based on a percentage of the organisation’s annual Microsoft spend.
Microsoft does offer dedicated expertise for higher-tier plans. Professional Direct Support includes access to “ProDirect Delivery Managers,” while Unified Support provides a Technical Account Manager (TAM) or equivalent service owner who oversees escalations, service reviews and strategic guidance. These roles help ensure smooth operation of Power Platform environments and provide tailored assistance aligned to organisational needs.
