Information security policies and processes
Datagardener Solutions follows a comprehensive information security management framework aligned with ISO 27001 standards to protect customer data and ensure operational integrity. Our policies cover data classification, access control, incident management, encryption, secure software development, and regular risk assessments. All employees undergo mandatory security training, and adherence to policies is enforced through role-based access, audits, and automated monitoring systems.

Our reporting structure ensures accountability. Security incidents are logged, assessed, and escalated through a defined chain, with root cause analysis and corrective actions implemented.
We conduct regular internal audits, vulnerability assessments, and compliance checks to ensure policies are followed. Changes to procedures are reviewed by the security team, documented, and communicated organization-wide. This structured approach ensures continuous improvement, regulatory compliance, and alignment with ISO 27001 principles, providing users with confidence that their data is secure.
