Note: V88 being ISO 27001 and ISO 42001 (pending audit) ensures all support requests are checked by our Internal Auditor to ensure that standard is always met as standard. Getting started
After discovery, a draft version of the system is released in a closed environment to test and ensure users are using the service as needed prior to release.
Full training, documentation and guidance is given to our clients before launch. Online training via web demos are availble and or recorded with on-site training offered as required.

End-of-contract data extraction
V88 operates a data extraction policy based on GDPR laws and ISO 27001.
Users make a request to the Data Controller and as Data Processors, V88 will suppor the Controller in fulfilling the request as determined by our policies which are available on request.
End-of-contract process
At the end of the contract, all access to the system is revoked. Any data that is not extracted will be deleted and destroyed as per our data retention policies.
Data that is sensitive or is covered by laws under GDPR for example, may require deletion and removal at a faster rate than standard policies allow.

CaseWork is accessed through a secure web application delivered via any modern browser. Users authenticate through a council-specific login and are taken to a role-appropriate dashboard.

The interface provides:

• Case pages with structured data views, reasoning outputs, timelines, and audit logs
