Aptem Assess is a cognitive assessment tool that helps providers effectively identify learners’ needs. It identifies whether a learner may have specific areas of cognitive challenge, enables more targeted intervention by differentiating those with and without signs of cognitive need, and eliminates reliance on learner self-identification or subjective tutor feedback.

- Aptem Assess provides a single, all-inclusive Standard Support level designed to be largely self-service, supported by an online portal, comprehensive knowledge guides, and a ticketing system for first-line assistance. This support level is included within the core service cost, with no additional support tiers or fees. Customers receive incident triage, guidance, and troubleshooting through the portal, with escalation to internal specialists when required. Aptem Assess does not provide a dedicated Technical Account Manager or Cloud Support Engineer as part of the standard service, but specialist services can be arranged separately if needed.

This ecosystem allows Aptem to provide a highly available, scalable, performant platform to our customers ensuring that they receive consistently high levels of service and platform availability.

Aptem Assess authenticates users through a secure, controlled process that ensures only authorised individuals can access the system. Access to the administration portal is restricted to pre-configured users who are set up and approved by Aptem staff. All users must validate their email address during onboarding, and organisations can require users to register and use two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced security. User permissions are strictly governed through role-based access controls, ensuring each user can only view/perform actions appropriate to their assigned role.
