- Support levels
-
The service is provided with defined support levels aligned to customer requirements and service scope. Support includes incident handling, operational assistance and advisory services, with severity-based prioritisation.
Support levels vary by contract and may include standard support during business hours or enhanced support for higher-severity incidents and extended coverage. Costs vary depending on the selected support level, service scope and response requirements.
A named service or technical account manager is provided for ongoing service oversight, with access to cloud and security specialists available where required.
The service includes access to enterprise support, which provides defined response targets for different severity levels, including prioritised handling of critical incidents and access to out-of-hours support where applicable. Lower-severity issues are handled through standard support queues in line with agreed service levels.
Support costs are included within the service pricing for the enterprise support level offered. Any variations to support coverage or additional support options are agreed contractually at call-off and reflected in the service pricing.
Where applicable, customers may be supported by specialist technical resources, including access to cloud support engineers. Technical account management services may be available as part of enterprise support arrangements, depending on the agreed service scope. - AI chatbot
