Services are delivered primarily remotely, with on-site support available by prior agreement where required. Delivery is subject to agreed scope, access to relevant systems, and timely provision of information by the customer. Services are provided during agreed support hours unless otherwise contracted. Any third-party platform limitations (for example cloud provider service boundaries) apply.

Response times are agreed with each customer as part of the onboarding and service definition process and aligned to agreed SLAs and KPIs. Standard support is provided during UK business hours, Monday to Friday. Out-of-hours and weekend response times can be provided where required and are agreed in advance as part of the contracted support arrangement.

I-KONIC provides a range of configurable support levels aligned to cloud migration, optimisation and ongoing support services. Support models are tailored to customer requirements and agreed during onboarding, including defined SLAs, escalation paths and access to cloud support engineers. Technical Account Management can be provided where required. Support can range from ad-hoc assistance and standby support through to fully managed 24×7 services. Costs for each support level are proposed and agreed on a customer-by-customer basis, aligned to the customer’s cloud environment, service scope and KPI objectives.
