End-of-contract data extraction
Users can export logs, lists, models, reports and backups from the system via PDF/csv and custom packages format. LinkShadow assists users via support with end of data extraction via their support service.
End-of-contract process
At the end of the contract the license will expire and users will no longer have access to the Web UI. LinkShadow and Bright Cyber will provide notification and reach out about renewing the service prior to the end of contract.
