- This service is primarily delivered remotely through workshops, interviews and documentation activities. On-site support can be provided where required, subject to agreement at call-off stage. The scope, scale and timescales of delivery are defined per contract and depend on client requirements, availability of relevant stakeholders and access to required data and systems.
