Service constraints
Delivery is provided remotely by default. Onsite support can be provided where required and agreed at call-off. This service provides delivery support and assurance and does not include ongoing managed operations unless explicitly agreed.

Support levels
Support is provided in line with the scope and delivery model agreed at call-off. For most engagements, Ore Technologies provides specialist cloud support at 2nd and 3rd line, focused on delivery support, issue resolution, assurance and escalation management rather than end-user helpdesk services.
Support is typically included within agreed day rates or time-and-materials pricing for the engagement. Where different support arrangements are required (for example extended hours, accelerated response times or dedicated resources), these are agreed at call-off and reflected in the contract pricing.
A named delivery lead acts as the primary point of contact for the buyer. Where appropriate, a dedicated technical lead or cloud support engineer is assigned to the engagement to provide continuity, coordination and technical oversight.
