Getting started

Other training services such as onsite and remote trainings and train-the-trainer concepts are offered at additional costs.

End-of-contract data extraction
Users can extract their data anytime during the service. Within 30 days after termination of the agreement, the customer will receive a complete backup of their tenant data in standard format.
End-of-contract process

The current implementation does not fully support the semantic requirements needed for comprehensive screen reader compatibility. Accessibility improvements, including enhanced assistive technology support and broader user testing aligned with WCAG guidelines, are planned as part of the product’s ongoing development roadmap.

The API is designed as a web service architecture based on the Representational State Transfer (REST) software architecture type. The Alfabet RESTful Service API does not use session cookies. JSON format is used to send responses. The RESTful API is described via the Open API swagger definition.

Trained users can customise almost any aspect via standard configuration capabilities (no coding). All configurations are upgrade-secure.

Configuration and change management approach
All changes to Alfabet endpoint operating systems, patch levels, and applications are planned, evaluated, tracked, implemented and verified based on an established change management process in compliance with ISO 27001 certification.

Vulnerability management approach
Design review is performed to verify built-in security features and to identify any missing security features. We perform scans on 3rd-party components to identify vulnerabilities. Manual penetration tests, log analysis, session mismanagement, platform-specific attacks, etc., are performed on the interfaces provided by Alfabet. Any vulnerability noted is incorporated into the risk assessment process.
Dynamic scanning tools are used for Security Dynamic Analysis.
Security patches are applied within 72h after disclosure. All changes to Alfabet endpoint operating systems, patch levels, and applications are planned, evaluated, tracked, implemented and verified based on an established change management process.

We use CrowdStrike, a cloud-native cybersecurity platform focused on endpoint protection, threat detection, and incident response.
The environment is permanently monitored, and automatic alerts are sent to the technical consulting and cloud operations team.
Continuous monitoring of all production customer virtual instances for Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures (CVE) are conducted in real time.
Potential compromises are treated in accordance with our Incident Management and Response Policy. Bizzdesign follows the Incident Response Life Cycle as recommended by NIST.
If the confidentiality or integrity of customer data is affected or likely affected, the affected customers will be notified within 48 hours.

The Bizzdesign Jira instance is configured with a special project (ISEC) relating to Incident Response. This project has a special ticket type called ‘Incident’ to be used to report, track and report on incidents.
