Ingentive provides three support levels: Flexi, Flexi Plus and Complete. Each tier offers different levels of incident response, advisory support and proactive assistance. All tiers include standard response SLAs of 1 hour for major issues, 4 hours for intermediate issues and 8 hours for minor issues.

Support costs vary by tier and are published in the pricing documents. A dedicated Service Delivery Manager or technical specialist is provided for Flexi Plus and Complete, with access to cloud support engineers for escalations.

Getting started
Users require the appropriate Microsoft Power Platform or Microsoft 365 licences, assigned by a customer Global Administrator. Once licences are allocated, users gain access to the relevant Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages and Dataverse modules needed for their role.

End-of-contract data extraction
Data can be exported using standard Power Platform and Microsoft 365 export tools, including entity exports, Excel/CSV downloads and solution exports. Where advanced extraction is required, third-party tools may be used. Microsoft retains data for a limited period after subscription expiry, after which it is permanently deleted in line with Microsoft’s retention policies.
End-of-contract process
Subscription changes or cancellations are managed through the Microsoft 365 admin portal. Removing licences immediately removes user access to the service. Data remains available while at least one valid licence exists; if all licences are cancelled, Microsoft retains the data for a defined period before deletion in accordance with its retention policy.

Users can customise applications extensively, including layouts, forms, workflows, permissions, dashboards, reports, notifications, templates and integrations. Customisation is completed through Power Apps, Power Automate and admin settings using drag-and-drop tools, wizards and configuration panels. Administrators have full customisation rights, while standard users receive permission-based access.

Service health is continuously monitored, and planned maintenance is communicated in advance through the Microsoft 365 Message Center. Unplanned incidents and outages are reported in real time, ensuring users have clear visibility of service status and uptime performance.
Approach to resilience
Power Platform resilience is achieved through multiple layers of protection, including geographically redundant datacentres, automated failover capabilities, resilient network architecture and built-in data backup and recovery processes. Microsoft continuously monitors platform services and employs a dedicated incident response function to quickly address faults, minimise disruption and maintain service continuity.
Outage reporting
Outages and service issues are reported via the Microsoft 365 Service Health Dashboard, providing administrators with real-time incident updates, impact assessments and estimated resolution times. Microsoft also issues notifications through the Message Center to communicate progress and inform customers of important changes affecting service availability.
