These services are independent of Pega software licensing, cloud hosting, and maintenance, and focus on consulting, governance, and delivery outcomes.
Operational Consulting Support:
Active consulting engagement providing regular service reviews, release and change assurance, problem analysis, and support to internal delivery teams.
Typical cost: from £20,000 per month.
Subscription Advisory Services:
Premium services offering proactive platform stewardship, continuous improvement, accelerated developer productivity, reduced inefficiencies and formal governance, delivered under a managed consulting engagement.
Technical Account Manager (TAM) for Operational and Managed Consulting services, providing proactive strategies to maximise platform performance, with a senior manager as the buyer’s single point of contact for platform / service reliability and growth. Typical cost: £281,000 per annum. Reduced scope service (50% FTE) also available: £154,550 per annum
