Service scope
- Service constraints
- Axion’s services have no material constraints that would limit delivery for buyers. Services are typically delivered remotely or through a hybrid model, enabling rapid mobilisation, cost efficiency, and consistent access to senior expertise. In-person delivery, including workshops, stakeholder engagement, or site visits, is available where required and agreed in advance. Axion operates UK-wide and internationally, subject only to standard travel, security, and mobilisation planning. Standard support is included at no additional cost and provides email and scheduled call support during UK business hours, with responses typically within one working day and a named point of contact for continuity.
For buyers requiring greater responsiveness, enhanced support is available at an agreed day rate or retainer. This includes faster response times, priority handling of queries, and additional coordination or review meetings.
For complex or high-risk programmes, premium support is offered and priced through a fixed monthly fee or agreed day rates.
