with ISO/IEC 27001, and no customer data is physically stored on HaloITSM-owned hardware. Technical and organisational controls are
applied to protect confidentiality, integrity, and availability. Governance is overseen by senior management with defined accountability for
information security, supported by an internal security function.
Compliance is reinforced through audits, monitoring, and defined escalation routes.
