Service constraints
This service is primarily delivered remotely, with on-site attendance available by agreement. Delivery depends on timely access to relevant stakeholders, environments, test artefacts, documentation, data and tooling. Any security clearance, data access, platform access or on-site requirements must be agreed in advance. The service provides assurance, testing design and quality assessment (including support for automation implementation) and does not include ongoing managed operations unless separately contracted.

SATIGO provides professional support aligned to architecture and cloud migration planning engagements.

Standard support is included within the contracted engagement and provides access to named architects via email, ticketing and phone during UK business hours (9am–5pm, Monday to Friday). Support covers architectural advice, design clarification, assurance feedback and decision support.

Enhanced support can be provided by agreement and may include increased availability, additional review cycles, or extended stakeholder engagement. Any enhanced support is scoped and priced separately on a time and materials or fixed-price basis.

A named lead architect acts as the primary point of contact for each engagement and provides architectural oversight and coordination. This role fulfils a technical leadership and advisory function rather than ongoing operational support.

SATIGO does not provide 24/7 incident response or managed cloud operations as part of this service.

Policy Outcome 1: Fair work: That offers fair wages and good working conditions. Help people get a job, stay in work, and progress in their careers, with good employment opportunities across the country. Notes: Where there is a large proportion of labour costs in the contract, commercial teams should consider MAC in Outcome 1 as a priority

  • New or retained jobs on the contract workforce in the relevant area that meet the criteria set out in MAC 1b, 1c and 1d
  • Providing opportunities for, and measuring and monitoring of, staff workforce conditions over time, including employee engagement, involvement in decision-making and satisfaction and adapting to any changes in the results, with clear processes for acting on issues identified
  • Plans to engage the contract workforce in deciding the most important workplace issues to address
  • Activities that support an environment where staff are educated about, and feel empowered to, address their physical wellbeing
