At this time, and as a standard operating practice, Nutanix do not include specific availability SLOs in our solutions agreement.

Nutanix commits to a Services Availability Percentage of 99.9% for its cloud services. If the availability percentage falls below this commitment in a given billing cycle, customers are eligible for service credits as a remedy. The service credit amount is 5% for availability between 99.0% and 99.9%, and 25% for availability below 99.0%. Service credits are calculated as a percentage of the fees for the specific service that experienced the downtime and are the sole and exclusive remedy under the SLA.
