Standard Support includes business-hours coverage (9am–5pm UK, Monday to Friday) with incident, request, and problem management via email and ticketing systems. This level is suitable for non-critical environments and advisory engagements.
Enhanced Support provides extended hours and faster response times, proactive monitoring, regular service reviews, and operational reporting. This level supports business-critical cloud services requiring higher availability.
Managed Services / Premium Support offers 24x7 support for priority incidents, proactive service management, continuous optimisation, and governance.
