Epilog Sequel configuration, implementation and support services are delivered remotely or onsite depending on customer requirements.

Availability of implementation activities is subject to agreed project timelines and access to customer environments, data and third-party systems where required.

Customers must provide:
- Access to relevant stakeholders for discovery and configuration workshops
- Appropriate permissions for deployment into their chosen hosting environment
- Timely review and approval of configuration and test outputs

Planned maintenance windows are arranged in advance with the customer. No material service constraints apply beyond standard project scheduling and dependencies.
