Cortex provides two browser-based web interfaces accessed via HTTPS. Cortex Chat is the primary user interface for AI interactions: conversational queries, model selection, document search, and knowledge base querying. Cortex Console is the administrative interface for configuration and governance: organizing projects, managing datasets, configuring settings (chunk size, model selection, embedding strategies), usage monitoring, spending limits, and policy enforcement. Both interfaces follow modern web design with intuitive navigation and responsive layouts. All functionality is keyboard accessible. Single sign-on via SAML 2.0 and OAuth 2.0 supported. No client software installation required.

For Standard deployments, AWS Bedrock provides infrastructure-level isolation with independent rate limits and scaling. Our platform layer employs auto-scaling based on usage patterns, adding capacity before performance degradation occurs.

For Sovereign deployments, customers receive dedicated GPU compute infrastructure with zero resource-sharing between organizations.

SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT:
99.9% availability target equates to maximum 43 minutes unplanned downtime per month. Measured per customer deployment independently. Availability tracked via automated monitoring with 1-minute granularity.

SERVICE CREDITS FOR SLA BREACHES:
- 99.9% to 99.0% achieved: 10% monthly service credit
- 99.0% to 95.0% achieved: 25% monthly service credit
