Delivery and support are primarily provided remotely using digital collaboration tools. On-site support can be provided where required, subject to prior agreement and additional cost. Support is delivered during standard UK business hours unless otherwise agreed as part of a call-off contract.

We provide flexible support levels tailored to buyer needs and defined at call-off.

Standard support is delivered during UK business hours (Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm) and includes CRM configuration support, user and data management assistance, incident resolution, minor enhancements, and advisory support.

Enhanced support options, including extended support hours, priority response times, or dedicated sprint-based support, can be agreed where required and scoped per call-off.

Support is delivered by experienced cloud support engineers with specialist CRM expertise. Where appropriate, a named technical account manager or service lead will be provided to oversee delivery, act as a primary point of contact, and support planning, reporting, and continuous improvement.

Costs vary depending on the level of support required and are agreed at call-off. Pricing is typically based on day rates, capped time allocations, or agreed support packages, ensuring transparency and value for money.
