Training can be delivered either onsite or remotely by Business Systems Consultants with strong resource planning expertise. Our consultative approach focuses on effective knowledge transfer through hands-on exercises and practical activities, such as building hierarchies and creating schedules. Training is delivered using a “Train the Trainer” model, enabling customers to conduct additional training internally.
Typically, two structured workshops are provided, during which customers are guided through configuring the product. Go-live and post-deployment support are included as standard, with the option to provide additional support days if required.
An online help guide is also available, offering a comprehensive range of resources for end users, including context-sensitive help, process overviews, and troubleshooting guides. End users additionally have access to the customer portal, which includes forums, FAQs, and full product documentation.

Calabrio maintains a comprehensive resilience program designed to ensure the continuity and availability of its services. This program includes the establishment, annual testing, and regular review of both a Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and a Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP). Calabrio conducts at least one full disaster recovery exercise, and two tabletop exercises each year to validate preparedness and identify opportunities for improvement.
Calabrio’s cloud infrastructure is architected for resilience and is deployed across multiple availability zones within Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure. The environment incorporates daily backups, point-in-time recovery capabilities, and formally documented incident response procedures to support the rapid restoration of services in the event of a disruption.
These resilience and recovery practices are subject to independent audit and are assessed as part of Calabrio’s SOC 2, ISO/IEC 27001, and PCI DSS v4.0 compliance programs. - Outage reporting
