At the end of the contract, we follow an offboarding and decommissioning process. We delete customer related, profile related and configuration related data following our disposal policies. Our data-destruction policies and procedures provide strict controls for governing the physical and logical destruction of data storage devices and data. Physical destruction is undertaken by a certified provider under a controlled process, and is fully-logged. Destruction providers are audited as part of our ongoing 3rd party review process. Devices to be re-used are hard-wiped using industry-approved data destruction tools. As part of the end-of-contract offboarding process the Buyer can request extraction or deletion of their data. - Documentation accessibility standard
