Onboarding and offboarding
- Getting started
-
Arto offers a flexible onboarding process designed to suit organisations of different sizes, capabilities, and levels of complexity. There are two onboarding options available. The standard onboarding service, included within the monthly subscription, provides a streamlined approach where customers supply their requirements and data sources, and the Arto team builds, tests, and launches the AI assistant on their behalf. This option is ideal for organisations looking to get up and running quickly with minimal internal effort.
For larger or more complex deployments, Arto also offers a full service, paid-for onboarding. This involves close collaboration with key stakeholders to understand organisational goals, priority use cases, and information challenges. The onboarding team supports requirements gathering, data analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, and rollout to ensure maximum impact and adoption.
As a modern SaaS platform, Arto is designed to minimise onboarding effort through intuitive configuration, in-product guidance, and automated processes. Remote support is available throughout, and more extensive, stakeholder-led onboarding can be delivered in partnership with Invotra’s partner network where required. The onboarding process ensures Arto is aligned to your organisation’s needs, data, and users, enabling fast adoption and long-term value. - Service documentation

- Accessibility testing
- Invotra products are compliant to WCAG ‘AA’ standards for all organisational users who access the system. However, simply saying that we meet the standards is not enough. We go above and beyond being compliant in order to create a positive user experience for 100% of users. Invotra employees travel the UK to meet with accessible software users, conducting user testing with people of differing types of disabilities and assistive software. The aim of the testing is to identify the different methods in which users would interact with the system and to identify the varying competency with the assistive technology. From this we are able to adapt the user interface to accommodate multiple variations of techniques used depending on the disability and competency with assistive technologies. Invotra understands that a continuous software development life cycle creates an environment where the user interface will change. Therefore user testing is conducted at stages where either there has been major user interface changes or to verify that previous challenges have been remedied.
