Akita provides tiered support for the Modern Workplace Support Service. Standard support includes remote assistance via phone, email and ticketing during UK business hours. Requests are logged, prioritised and managed based on severity and impact. Standard support covers incident resolution, configuration guidance, collaboration tool support, access management and liaison with Microsoft where required.
Enhanced support options can be agreed at call-off. These may include extended support hours, faster response targets, proactive service reviews and regular operational reporting. Pricing for enhanced support is defined per customer and depends on the agreed scope, service hours and response requirements.
Support is delivered by experienced cloud support engineers with Microsoft 365 and Modern Workplace expertise. Where agreed, a named technical account manager can be provided to coordinate support activity, act as an escalation point and support ongoing service improvement.
