Service scope

Service constraints
The Mobilise phase is primarily delivered remotely using secure collaboration tools to ensure efficiency and minimise disruption. On-site workshops can be arranged for critical activities such as landing zone validation but may require additional scheduling and cost. Timely access to buyer resources, including network diagrams, security policies, and stakeholder availability, is essential for successful mobilisation. Delays in approvals or data provision can impact timelines. AWS funding eligibility is subject to programme requirements and buyer participation. This phase focuses on foundational setup and initial migration waves; full-scale migration and modernisation occur in subsequent phases.
