Data extraction support and transition assistance are included where agreed. Any additional activities beyond standard offboarding, such as extended support or bespoke data transformation, may be provided at additional cost. Salesforce operates geographically distributed data centres with redundancy across compute, storage and network components. Data is replicated to support high availability and disaster recovery. Platform resilience is supported through continuous monitoring, automated failover, regular backup processes and tested incident response procedures. Availability and resilience information is published via Salesforce Trust, and resilience controls are independently audited as part of Salesforce’s compliance programme.
