Availability and resilience

-
Microsoft 365 Enablement Services are delivered on Microsoft’s SaaS platform with a financially backed availability SLA. Microsoft commits to a monthly uptime of at least 99.9% for Microsoft 365 services, measured in line with Microsoft’s published SLA definitions.
If Microsoft fails to meet the availability commitment, service credits may be applied in accordance with the Microsoft Online Services SLA. Any applicable credits are calculated and issued by Microsoft against the buyer’s service charges. Akita supports buyers by monitoring service availability, managing incidents, liaising with Microsoft during outages and assisting with SLA reporting and service credit requests where required.
Availability is dependent on factors including planned maintenance, buyer network connectivity and correct service configuration. - Approach to resilience
