Scope Definition with Stakeholders:
PGI’s Project Managers work closely with all relevant stakeholders at the outset of each ITHC engagement. This includes identifying in-scope assets (such as web applications, infrastructure, cloud environments, and mobile platforms), understanding business priorities, and ensuring all compliance requirements (e.g., PSN, NCSC CHECK) are addressed.

Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:
The PM acts as the central liaison, engaging technical and business stakeholders to clarify objectives, constraints, and timelines. They facilitate open communication, ensuring all parties are informed and aligned throughout the process.

Arranging and Leading Meetings:
Schedule and lead all key meetings, including scoping sessions, kick-off calls, progress updates, and debriefs.

The PM serves as the primary point of contact for the client. They coordinate all communications, manage queries, and handle any escalations, ensuring a seamless experience and rapid resolution of issues.

Progress Tracking and Reporting:
PMs monitor project milestones, manage delivery schedules, and provide regular status updates. They ensure that all findings, recommendations, and reports are delivered on time and to the required standard.

Quality Assurance and Compliance:
The PM ensures that all testing activities adhere to relevant standards (CHECK, CREST, ISO), and that the process is fully documented for audit and compliance purposes.
