- Getting started
-
We work with you to identify your key needs and milestones. After a project kick-off meeting with your Account Manager and Production Manager, we will discuss your learning and development requirements and the scope of the learning design, graphical design and build requirements.
We produce a specification document and final quotation to be approved by you. After a final agreement is made, we will set up the project on a selected tool which will allow you to track the project at every step of the way.
Whether you're completely new - or totally accustomed - to the bespoke eLearning process, our experienced team will support you every step of the way and explain the different requirements and stages. Once the learning content is built and ready for release, we can assist you with deploying and implementing the learning to your workforce – for example, by providing internal marketing assets for staff buy-in, or advising on how to track success. - Service documentation

We primarily use Articulate Rise and Articulate Storyline. The tool(s) we use to create your bespoke project will determine whether you can edit the output.
For example, if we use Articulate Storyline and you have your own Articulate Storyline licence, we can provide the ‘raw’ .story file into which you can make changes directly.
Although we give you the ability to edit bespoke courses yourself, our Studio team is always on hand to make changes on your behalf and deliver the updated SCORM file back to you within your specified time frame.
