• Service constraints: Our service has two primary constraints that buyers should be aware of. As a boutique consultancy, we operate with a deliberately small team of experienced, multi disciplinary specialists, which means we do not deploy delivery teams larger than 20 people. In addition, we do not implement full software platforms or undertake end to end system integration. Instead, we are there to strengthen your internal capability rather than creating long term dependency on us or any vendor. We work with data extracted from your existing systems and apply cloud native and open source tooling to analyse, process, and operationalise that data.
