- WCAG 2.2 AA
- Description of service interface
-
Interfaces are either web based or located within mobile or desktop applications. Experience 'intercepts' are standard text and image based input data mechanisms and use staged and progressive navigation patterns to collect experience, sentiment and perspective based data sets. Interfaces are clearly structured in terms of user 'call-to-action'. Images feature full meta-tag descriptions for accessibility.
Data visualisations are pre-configured for users however as the user evolves to intermediate and advanced users the features for further analysis and reporting complexity are available. - Accessibility standards
- WCAG 2.2 AA
- Accessibility testing
-
Extensive testing has been conducted on our web and native experience mining interfaces. Part of our core mission is to create an equitable and inclusive workplace and experience for our customers. As a part of this, we’re committed to building accessible products and solutions that reflect the diverse needs of our customers and employees.
To deliver on this commitment we’ve worked hard to incorporate accessibility in all phases of our product-building lifecycle from user research, to design and quality assurance. Our products are guided by Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), included in US Section 508, and the harmonized EN 301 549. All disciplines in our product team go through accessibility training in order to build with eye for accessibility and release products that meet accessibility standards. - API

- What users can and can't do using the API
-
Data security aspect of Experience Management ensures all phases of design and development, with checkpoints and assessments carried out for all intercepts/agents deployed. This is addressed specifically in the architecture and design artefacts including the solution overview, user journeys, data flows, and integrations/API specifications. The Compliance-Assistance Tool and Security Scan Monitor help ensure further governance and compliance in the areas of data access/collection. All access to Qualtrics front-end Services is via Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure (HTTPS) and enforces HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS).
Platform enforces Transport Layer Security (TLS) v1.2 for all interaction with the platform and inside the platform through our service-to-service encryption. Access to the back-end services using the Qualtrics API supports TLS v1.2.
Access to and from ServiceNow is similarly governed by Transport Level Security and native security framework enforced by the API Gateway.
Qualtrics accesses the data that Nexthink publishes for its endpoint performance and state analytics through secure Web API V2.
Azure Blob activities is enabled for the sftp storage account. Qualtrics provides its API documentation and collections in Postman and offers a Swagger 2.0-compliant file via GitHub, which developers can use to integrate Qualtrics services into their own applications or platforms. - API documentation

Per the Qualtrics Cloud Security Framework, A formal change management process exists to minimize the impact to the production environment when changes are performed. Changes include source code deployments, upgrades, patching, and security fixes. The change management process requires that all changes be documented, risk assessed, prioritized, planned, tested, approved, and implemented.
In general, updates are deployed to the Qualtrics cloud environment without disruption to clients or users. In cases where a disruption may occur, customers are notified by email, telephone, or with notification banners on their Qualtrics admin portal website.
