End-of-contract data extraction
When a contract with Avada Connect ends, users can extract their data through a clear, controlled offboarding process designed to ensure continuity and compliance. Administrators retain access to the service for the duration of the agreed offboarding period, during which they can export video recordings, logs, configuration data, and other relevant information using the standard tools built into the platform. Data can be downloaded directly from the system in commonly used formats, allowing organisations to retain records, migrate to another service, or meet regulatory obligations. Where applicable, administrators can also retrieve cloud‑stored metadata and user‑generated content through the browser interface.
Avada does not provide bespoke data‑extraction tooling or custom export formats, and no API is available to automate extraction. All data retrieval must therefore be completed using the built‑in export functions and administrative controls provided within the service. Once the offboarding window closes, remaining data is securely deleted in line with Avada’s retention and disposal processes. Organisations are encouraged to plan their extraction activities early in the offboarding period to ensure all required information is captured. End-of-contract process

Because the core platform is an on‑premise system, overall service availability is determined by the customer’s own infrastructure, including servers, storage, and network performance. For customers who enable optional cloud connectivity features, Avada guarantees 99.9% availability, excluding planned maintenance. Planned maintenance for cloud components is always communicated at least five working days in advance, and on‑premise maintenance is scheduled directly with the customer to avoid unplanned disruption.
Incident response times are also defined within the SLA framework: Priority 1 issues receive a response within two hours during support hours, Priority 2 within four hours, Priority 3 within one business day, and Priority 4 within two business days. These response targets support operational continuity but do not constitute a financial availability guarantee.
The Service Definition does not include any refund, service credit, or compensation mechanism if availability targets are not met. No commercial terms or financial remedies are specified for downtime or SLA breaches. Availability‑related financial commitments would therefore be governed solely by the call‑off contract rather than the service description itself.

    • Understanding of the modern slavery risks and issues affecting the market, industry, sector or country (of origin or of source) relevant to the contract, and the workforce in the supplier’s own organisation and those of its key subcontractors

    • Understanding of employment and relevant skills issues, and of the education and training issues relating to the contract. Illustrative examples: demographics, skills shortages, new opportunities in high growth sectors, geographic/local community and skills/employment challenges

    • Understanding of the types of businesses in the market and the level of participation by new businesses, entrepreneurs, start-ups, SMEs, VCSEs and mutuals
    • Understanding of local demographics, needs and opportunities for the co-design of the goods, services and works to be delivered under the contract
    • Measures to involve local stakeholders and/or users in design (e.g. in the design of services, systems, products or buildings)

    • Understanding of the issues affecting the representation of disabled people in the workforce in the market, industry or sector relevant to the contract, and in the supplier’s own organisation and those of its key sub-contractors
    • Inclusive and accessible recruitment practices, and retention-focused activities, including those provided in the Guide for line managers on recruiting, managing and developing people with a disability or health condition
    • Offering a range of quality opportunities with routes of progression if appropriate, e.g. T Level industry placements, students supported into higher level apprenticeships.
    • Working conditions which promote an inclusive working environment and promote retention and progression
    • Other measures to provide equality of opportunity for disabled people and those with health conditions into employment, including becoming a Disability Confident employer and inclusion of supported businesses in the contract supply chain

    • Inclusive and accessible recruitment practices, development practices and retention policies that support-focused activities including those provided in the Guide for line managers on recruiting, managing and developing which support people with a disability or health condition
