Technical support covers guidance on how to questions, FME transformer selection and troubleshooting workspaces. Consultants assess each ticket and inform clients whether issues can be addressed within inclusive support or require additional consultancy hours.
Avineon Tensing is committed to ensuring a positive experience for customers using the FME Platform, helping them achieve their data management goals. Technical support helps customers use FME effectively, whereas consultancy involves taking a more active role in executing tasks, which may entail additional costs.
For issues requiring software or documentation updates, Avineon Tensing logs these with Safe Software and tracks resolution. We support clients with workarounds but cannot independently resolve issues requiring vendor intervention.
Advanced support includes installing, configuring or upgrading FME Flow, workspace authoring, optimising processes, integrating with Esri and configuring network settings. It also covers security advice, implementing new technologies and best practice guidance.
Managed Services clients receive a dedicated Service Manager, Jira Service Management dashboard access and SLA-backed response times
