How the web chat support is accessible
The web chat is accessed through a standard web browser with no specialist software required. It supports keyboard navigation and works with common assistive technologies.

Users can raise support queries, provide contextual information, and receive responses from support staff. The web chat is intended for support communication only and does not provide direct system administration or code changes.
Web chat accessibility testing
The web chat has been tested internally using standard assistive technologies such as keyboard-only navigation and screen readers. Formal user testing with assistive technology users has not yet been completed. Accessibility feedback will be incorporated as the service is adopted and enhanced.
Support levels
The service is provided under a single standard support level unless otherwise agreed. Support includes incident investigation, issue resolution, and routine operational support during standard business hours, Monday to Friday.

Pricing is based on an agreed monthly or time-and-materials rate, depending on the scope and complexity of the application being supported. Any enhanced support arrangements are priced separately by agreement.

A dedicated cloud support engineer is provided as part of the service. A named technical account manager can be made available where required, subject to agreement.
