Service constraints
Outcome-Based Services are fixed-scope, fixed-price consulting engagements delivered primarily remotely. They are designed to deliver a defined outcome and cannot be flexibly expanded without re-scoping and re-pricing. Delivery depends on timely customer participation, access to systems and stakeholders, and accurate input information. These services do not include ongoing support, managed services, or software licenses beyond the agreed engagement scope.

Support levels
Outcome-Based Services do not provide ongoing support levels. They are delivered as discrete, fixed-price consulting engagements focused on achieving an agreed outcome rather than providing operational or technical support.

There are no tiered support options. Each Outcome-Based Service is priced individually at a fixed cost based on the defined scope, deliverables, and success criteria. Pricing is agreed upfront in the order form or statement of work and does not vary by usage or duration beyond the contracted engagement.

Outcome-Based Services do not include a technical account manager, cloud support engineer, or support desk function. Delivery is performed by Qlik Professional Services consultants for the duration of the engagement only. Any ongoing support, account management, or managed services must be purchased separately under a different Qlik service offering.
