Agentycs provides a single standard support level designed to offer reliable, sustainable assistance during UK business hours (Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00, excluding public holidays). All support requests receive an initial response within four business hours. Support is delivered on a best-efforts basis, with no guaranteed resolution times, and issues are prioritised according to business impact.
In addition, Agentycs may offer optional enhanced support arrangements by separate agreement. Enhanced support may include priority handling of requests, more frequent status updates, and limited best-efforts assistance outside standard business hours. Enhanced support does not include guaranteed response or resolution times, 24×7 coverage, or weekend support, and is subject to team availability.
Standard support is included within the service price at no additional cost. Any optional enhanced support is priced separately and agreed on a case-by-case basis depending on customer requirements and scope.

Availability and resilience
- Guaranteed availability
-
Agentycs operates the service on a best-efforts basis and does not guarantee a specific level of service availability. No uptime percentage or availability commitment is included within the standard Service Level Agreement.
The service is designed and operated to support reliable availability during normal operation, with proactive monitoring and planned maintenance carried out to minimise disruption wherever reasonably possible. Planned maintenance is communicated in advance where feasible.
Service availability may be impacted by factors outside Agentycs’ reasonable control, including third-party infrastructure or dependency failures, customer-initiated changes, network conditions, or force majeure events. These factors are excluded from availability considerations.
As no availability level is guaranteed, service credits, refunds, or financial penalties are not offered in relation to service availability. Support commitments focus on response times and issue prioritisation during UK business hours, as defined in the support SLA.
Where customers have specific availability, resilience, or operational requirements, these can be discussed and agreed separately as part of a bespoke contractual arrangement, subject to technical feasibility and commercial terms. - Approach to resilience

Privileged access is limited to authorised personnel only and enforced using the principle of least privilege. Where deployed in customer environments, Agentycs integrates with existing identity and access management systems (for example Active Directory) to replicate and enforce customer-defined access policies. Multi-factor authentication is used for administrative access, and all management actions are logged and auditable. Support access is controlled, time-bound where required, and subject to approval and monitoring to ensure security and accountability at all times.

We apply least-privilege access, zero-trust principles, continuous monitoring, and auditable controls across data, infrastructure, and AI workloads. Governance is enforced through policy-driven controls, supplier assurance, secure development practices, and regular internal reviews. This ensures confidentiality, integrity, and availability of customer data across sovereign, on-premise, edge, and air-gapped deployments, while meeting public-sector and regulated-environment security requirements.

Agentycs follows formal configuration and change management processes aligned with ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO/IEC 27002 controls. All service components (software, infrastructure, models, configurations) are uniquely identified, version-controlled, and tracked throughout their lifecycle using controlled repositories and configuration baselines.
Proposed changes are recorded, risk-assessed, and reviewed for operational and security impact prior to approval. Security considerations, including data protection, access control, and deployment environment are evaluated as part of every change. Approved changes are tested in controlled environments before release, with rollback procedures defined. All changes are logged and auditable, ensuring traceability, accountability, and continued service integrity. - Vulnerability management type

Potential threats are identified through continuous monitoring, automated vulnerability scanning, dependency analysis, and periodic penetration testing. We track advisories from trusted sources including vendor security bulletins, NCSC guidance, and industry vulnerability databases. Vulnerabilities are risk-assessed based on severity and impact, with remediation prioritised accordingly. Security patches are deployed promptly, with critical updates addressed as a priority. All remediation actions are logged, reviewed, and validated to ensure ongoing platform resilience.
- Protective monitoring type

System logs, access events and security signals are monitored to identify potential compromises or anomalous behaviour. When a potential incident is detected, predefined response procedures are activated, including investigation, containment and remediation. Incidents are assessed and responded to promptly based on severity, with escalation where required. Monitoring and response processes are regularly tested to ensure rapid detection and effective incident handling, supporting service resilience and customer trust.
